There is a VERY DANGEROUS pothole outside 1 King Edward Road, which I have reported before, but which has still not been repaired. It is dangerous because this address is situated on a blind corner. Even though a mirror has been situated to help people drive out safely, you need to pull out at a good speed because cars come round the corner so fast. The huge pothole makes this very difficult to do. It measures over a metre long and 60 cm wide, and is at least 7 cm deep. It forms a sharp step down into the road, in fact. An accident is sure to happen at some point, because of this. Repairs were made to the raod recently, but the workmen did not come far enough down the road to where this pothole, by far the largest that was in the road, is situated. It is also, no doubt, causing damage to the cars that come in and out.

Due to the tight bend at the end of Chestnut Way and the parked vehicles (see photo) the dustcart has to go over the pavement damaging it. The answer is either yellow lines at the end of the road or reinforcing the pavement. Thisdamage has occured before but is repaired and then damaged again.
