i have now sprained my ankle on this pathway leading up to my drive it is in a bad state cracked and broken ,i have taken photos for my insurance claim should i need more time off work could you please forward me your liability insurance for me to contact them with the claim ,also i trust you will now send a roads expert asap to access and repair asap before more people fall on this verge

a single large deep hole on left hand side going north at least 6 inches deep and right on the driving line. There is already a report on this but nothing has been done and it is extremely dangerous
