In Chichester,there is a pothole in Oliver Whitby Road.
It is between Hilary Road and John Arundel Road.
It has been there for over a year.
I ride my bike past it early in the morning,and on dark mornings,with very few streetlights on,
it is very hard to see it.Hope you can fix it.Thanks.

POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS TRAFFIC LIGHTS TIMINGS. Since the last time the sequencing of the traffic lights at the junction of the A27 Sompting By-Pass - Lyons Way - Upper Brighton Road was altered, vehicles regularly 'jump' red traffic lights. The problem is that the green light for traffic heading Northbound into Lyons Way OR turning right along the A27 Eastbound, have approx. 8 seconds before the lights commence turning red. This only allows approx. 5/6 vehicles through and as this is a very busy junction, drivers continue through the red light for several seconds thus creating a potentially dangerous condition with oncoming traffic from Lyons Way. If there is a bus waiting to cross on it's way to Sainsburys, then only a couple of vehicles have time to follow. THE OBVIOUS ANSWER IS TO LENGTHEN THE AMOUNT OF TIME THE NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC LIGHT STAYS GREEN, EVEN BY A FEW MORE SECONDS. P.S.
